to be honest I was a little skeptical in the beginning due to the lack of reviews, but then I show up to this wonderful amazing clean Villa! Penina the host was extremely accommodating in All areas. She had everything ready and set up perfectly. Now to talk about the villa, it is extremely clean and fresh all the beds and everything are up to par and enjoyable. In the pool area (water very clean) (also the pool is definitely smaller than I imagined from the picture but it's still very very enjoyable and very workable with great views) and the patio in the back have amazing views and is very comfortable,and its really enjoyable especially for a family or group. And don't forget the roof with the jacuzzi the views are also breathtaking! For the orthodox community there are two synagogues very close to the Villa one about two minutes (sefardic)And the other about five minutes.(ashkenasz) This house is a must!!!! Nothing bad to say And perfect for large groups

We enjoyed staying in Penina's place very much. The place was very clean and full of different
amenities that we didn't even expect (all kinds of paper goods, games, etc.) that's besides the appliances and all the rest. Located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the Main streets and the Beach. 3 minutes away there is a supermarket and other stores where you can get literly everything you need. There is a few Synagogues around. Penina was very kind, and took good care of us. she sent a tachnition to fix air conditioner within 30 minutes. She made
sure we are setteled and happy. We will definitely recommend this Nice and pretty and family friendly villa to anyone that would like a cool and nice place to stay with family in Netanyah. walking distance to the beach.

Gorgeous big house, accommodates big group comfortably. House came fully stocked with necessities, and much more. Everything was spotless clean and in order. The owner was a pleasure to work with,easy to reach and very understanding. Would definitely recommend if someone is looking for an easy, hassle free experience!!! Will be back soon! We stayed in villa and all I can say is WOW!! plenty of room for a big family. The outside space was so lovely and we ate and spent most of our time . Luckily the weather was hot so the air conditioning in each room was welcoming. I loved this holiday and will definitely be going back next year!

Wow! Fantastic villa in every way. We were three families (15 people), and there was plenty of space, both bedrooms and living space. The basement with the games room was perfect, and the pool was a decent size and very clean. When we arrived, the villa was spotlessly clean, and the kosher kitchen was fully equipped with enough dishes, pots, towels and everything you could need, including a large stock of disposable dishes. The location was nice, with views across to the sea. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The host was great - very friendly and responsive. Highly highly recommended!

This house was a great getaway for our large family vacation - providing rooms for everyone and not feeling totally on top of one another. Totally enough room in the dining room for us all to have dinner. (which wasn't the case for other airbnb's. As described, the pool was small for the number of people, but that didn't stop us from having fun. The kids enjoyed the pool, the pool table, and the TV options - all ingredients for a great vacation. There were synagogues close by and great outdoor space for a BBQ. The location was incredible, the house clean, and Penina was super helpful for any small question that came up. As per one review, we forgot about the jacuzzi on the roof - don't forget to use it!

The house is large, new feeling and meticulously clean with lots of extras, especially in the kitchen. The location is great, 5 minutes from the beach. We had a great family vacation. Worth noting that the pool is small.

We stayed at the house for about 7 families and celebrated the New Year holiday. The house is charming and decorated in a gentle and pleasant way. The kitchen was well equipped and nothing was missing. Suitable for Kosher keepers. We ordered caterers and did not have to go out to restaurants. So I do not have a recommendation what restaurants are around. We enjoyed the pool and had an excellent fence to keep from small children. Its stunning location with sea views is a 5 minute walk on foot. Well maintained on all floors. All rooms are clean with towels and air conditioners, in short, a wonderful home, excellent location and stunning atmosphere. Enjoy. And do not forget to visit the Jacuzzi on the top floor.
